Privacy

W5PRO License Alerts keeps only what it needs to send the alerts you asked for: your email address, the call signs or FRNs you follow, and a record of which alerts were sent. It is never sold or shared.

Nothing is emailed until you click the confirmation link we send. Every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep only your address on a do-not-mail list so you are never mailed again. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 7 days.

The daily action pages list call signs, names and city/state exactly as the FCC publishes them in its public ULS files. We do not publish street addresses or FRNs.

Questions or removal requests: reply to any alert, or write to W5PRO / Nexus Broadcast, 2801 Richmond Rd #366, Texarkana, TX 75503.
